Tasks
- Planning and control of AIT scheduling activities for spacecraft production at project level
- Creation and maintenance of detailed production schedules in collaboration with the AIT Manager and the project PMO
- Proactive alignment with all stakeholders and continuous updating of the AIT plan
- Performing schedule analyses and deriving clear recommendations (e.g. critical path, resource utilisation)
- Managing multidisciplinary dependencies, resource allocation, milestone tracking and reporting-focused planning for management and customer
- Simulating planning scenarios to support decision-making at AIT and project management level
- Supporting the rollout of new integrated planning processes (aligned with the Master Production Scheduler) and ensuring compliance within the project
- Acting as the point of contact for AIT planning topics, while building and maintaining strong working relationships across functions, project and PMO
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
- Extensive professional experience in manufacturing / production and in production planning and control
- Required experience with planning processes and tools in Defence and Space within spacecraft production, and in managing complex, multidisciplinary production schedules
- Detailed expert knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Intensive use of planning tools (Unified Planning / Planisware) is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
