Tasks
- Serve as the central point of contact between Quality Assurance, Production, and cross-functional teams on both national and international levels
- Contribute to improvement and prevention projects aimed at optimizing quality processes and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement concepts and quality guidelines to support process optimization
- Plan and execute continuous improvement measures, including decision-making responsibilities
- Analyze complex quality issues and customer complaints, and define appropriate immediate actions
- Oversee the qualification and authorization process for production personnel
- Conduct quality controlling, including reporting, data evaluation, and interpretation of key performance indicators
- Manage and lead defined work packages as well as internal improvement projects
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, technical studies or industrial engineering (minimum Bachelor’s level)
- Several years of professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, aerospace, quality management, and quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of project management and Total Quality Management (problem-solving methods)
- Initial hands-on experience with SAP; ideally with knowledge of Google Workspace
- German language skills at negotiation level (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
