At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will ensure that quality is no coincidence as a Project Manager Quality & Processes. You will combine quality management with project coordination, laying the foundation for the smooth delivery of the Single Aisle fleet. Tasks
- Establishment of efficient business governance for the Customer Line
- Creation of performance evaluation reports for multifunctional teams (MFTs)
- Derivation of corrective actions and projects based on performance analyses
- Support of business units in the implementation of best practices
- Initiation and management of projects, including end-to-end planning and progress tracking
- Development of a portfolio management system for the business unit
- Implementation of arisk and opportunity management process to identify issues at an early stage
- Data analysis to define sustainable improvement measures
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering or a comparable technical field of study (minimum Bachelor’s level)
- Several years of professional experience in project management and quality assurance, ideally also in customer service or manufacturing engineering
- Excellent knowledge of risk management, ideally also experience with agile methods
- Solid experience with Google Workspace; experience with Skywise (Palantir) is a plus
- Business fluent German and English skills (minimum C1)
- Strong ability to quickly understand technical relationships and apply them in a structured way
- High level of independence, communication skills and goal orientation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
