Responsibilities
- Quality Standards Management: Responsibility for quality standards at the Bremen plant and their continuous further development
- Project Management: Steering quality projects from planning to timely implementation
- Interface Communication: Confident interaction and clear communication between production, management, project teams, and central functions
- Process Assurance: Establishment and enforcement of new, reliable processes to increase process reliability
- Technical Analysis: Analysis of technical specifications and their implementation into production practice
- Stakeholder Management: Coordination and communication with stakeholders from operational production to department management
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aerospace engineering, engineering, mechanical engineering, business informatics, or comparable technical specialist / technician qualification
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, ideally in aerospace
- Experience in the areas of quality assurance, project management, and manufacturing engineering
- Proficient handling of SAP (in-depth application knowledge) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Independent, structured way of working, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
