Responsibilities
- Project Management: Take responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing optimization projects within the supply chain
- Project Goals: Develop objectives, milestones, and resource plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Risk Management: Proactive assessment and management of risks and opportunities within projects
- Process Analysis: Identify and analyze weaknesses and develop sustainable solution approaches
- Implementation: Introduce new processes, methods, and systems to increase efficiency and digitalization
- Best Practices: Identify and implement proven methods for continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Management: Successful collaboration with internal and external partners for project realization
Qualifications
- Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Technology, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Experience in process optimization and project management
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Knowledge of Change Management, Lean Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Six Sigma or process modeling
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and pronounced teamwork abilities
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
