For our client Diehl Aerospace GmbH, we are looking for a Project Manager Supply Chain Improvement at the Nuremberg site. In this central role, you identify and realize optimization potential along the entire value chain – from process analysis to the sustainable implementation of new methods and systems.

Responsibilities


  • Project Management: Take responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing optimization projects within the supply chain
  • Project Goals: Develop objectives, milestones, and resource plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Risk Management: Proactive assessment and management of risks and opportunities within projects
  • Process Analysis: Identify and analyze weaknesses and develop sustainable solution approaches
  • Implementation: Introduce new processes, methods, and systems to increase efficiency and digitalization
  • Best Practices: Identify and implement proven methods for continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder Management: Successful collaboration with internal and external partners for project realization


Qualifications

  • Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Technology, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain, ideally in the aerospace industry
  • Experience in process optimization and project management
  • Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Knowledge of Change Management, Lean Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Six Sigma or process modeling
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and pronounced teamwork abilities
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
