Responsibilities
- Requirement analysis: Analyze customer needs and sales strategies to identify tailored service offerings
- Offer creation: Create material and logistics offers (including By-the-Hour/PBH) on time and with assured quality
- Risk management: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies based on contractual service requirements
- Contract support: Support the bid department during the negotiation phase with all material-related inquiries
- Process optimization: Continuously develop and improve bid strategy, processes, methods, and IT tools
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, aerospace, or business administration (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or contract management
- Experience in creating material and logistics offers, ideally in the aviation industry
- Proficient use of MS Office and Google Workspace (GSuite)
- Business fluent English (at least C1)
- Teamwork, communication skills, and an agile way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
