At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will work as an Purchasing & Production Administrative Assistant to manage the procurement of electromechanical components and services for complex test facilities. In an international engineering environment, you are the central interface between project management, internal specialist departments, and external suppliers – thus contributing directly to the realization of Eurofighter and future aircraft programs.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 48,050 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.04.2027. Responsibilities
- Procurement: Plan and process the procurement of electromechanical components and associated services
- Quotation Management: Request, evaluate, and coordinate quotations
- Project Support: Manage and organize documents throughout the entire order and project execution
- Supplier Coordination: Steer the services of subcontractors and verify their contractual fulfillment
- Schedule Management: Track delivery dates and requirements and ensure compliance
- Communication: Conduct meetings with internal departments, customers, and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk or comparable commercial qualification
- Many years of professional experience as a commercial clerk, ideally with a focus on production and procurement
- Several years of experience in project management and in supporting procurement activities
- Mandatory: Experience in the electrical engineering field
- Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Team player, fast and detail-oriented working style, and high degree of self-initiative
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
