Tasks

  • Collaboration in procurement processes, bid management, and contract negotiations
  • Monitoring of supplier contracts throughout the entire product lifecycle—from innovation to support
  • Management of supplier relationships with a focus on quality, logistics, costs, and support
  • Participation in MFT/MDT teams in the context of tenders and contract implementation
  • Risk assessment and optimization of total cost of ownership
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders along the supply chain

Qualifications

  • Completed master's/diploma degree in project management, industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain/logistics or comparable field
  • Many years of professional experience in purchasing and supply chain, as well as several years of experience in finance, project management and contract management
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and basic knowledge of process and risk management
  • Knowledge of the aerospace industry is an advantage
  • Confident use of SAP, MS Excel, MS Word and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel: approx. once per quarter, including internationally
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
