Responsibilities
- Contract Law: Handling of legal issues and contract negotiations in German and English
- Contract Drafting: Preparing and drafting contracts for national and international projects
- Legal Opinions: Preparation of detailed legal statements and analyses
- Project Support: Comprehensive legal advice and support for projects
- Tender Management: Handling of public tenders and procurement procedures
- Payment Processing: Management of dunning and debt collection procedures
- Contract Management: Continuous supervision and optimization of contractual relationships
Qualifications
- Completed law degree with First and Second State Examinations or a completed degree in law (at least a Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in the legal field and contract law; experience in a legal department is an advantage
- Good legal knowledge, especially in contract and commercial law
- Several years of experience in using Microsoft Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- International professional experience and willingness to collaborate in an international team
- High level of initiative, independent and precise way of working as well as team skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
