At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on the central responsibility for the life-cycle documentation of military helicopters as a Quality Assurance Clerk. You ensure compliance with aviation regulations and support manufacturing and design with your quality expertise – from rework to handover.

Responsibilities
- Aviation regulatory compliance ensuring adherence to Service Bulletins (SB), Alert Service Bulletins (ASB) and Airworthiness Directives (AD)
- Life-cycle documentation for helicopters creating and managing
- Log cards maintaining and entering maintenance records
- Rework supporting and documenting in manufacturing and design
- Delivery documentation for H135/H145/H145M helicopters creating
- Helicopter handovers actively accompanying and supporting
- Audit points tracking and monitoring certification authorities of Certifying Staffs
- Quality reports creating and quality regulations and processes updating
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, industrial clerk, office communication clerk or comparable technical/commercial training; technician or master craftsman qualification desirable
- At least 3 years of specific vocational training and several years of professional experience in quality management
- Experience in managing life-cycle records and creating aircraft accompanying documentation; aviation experience advantageous
- Proficient handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP and G-Suite
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, solution-oriented and meticulous working style, assertiveness, independence, flexibility and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
