Responsibilities


  • Project Management in the area of quality assurance, leading complex quality topics and improvement projects
  • Standard Definition: Setting action standards for production and quality processes
  • Optimization Identification: Facilitating improvements to increase process performance and reliability
  • Process Support: Supporting production and quality processes through operational surveillance
  • Process Enhancement: Ensuring process repeatability during the design phase and throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Quality Leadership: Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and continuous improvement (KVP)
  • Lean Integration: Application of Lean Management methods to increase efficiency


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in project management, aerospace, engineering, industrial engineering or business administration, or a comparable qualification at technician/business administrator level
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement, and quality management
  • Experience in leading improvement projects in the area of quality assurance
  • Good knowledge in continuous improvement (KVP), Lean Management, and Total Quality Management (problem-solving methods)
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1); business fluent in English (at least C1)
  • Team skills and strong communicative abilities for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical thinking and self-reliant working method
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
