Responsibilities
- Quality Management and continuous improvement processes (CIP) as a central area of responsibility
- Root Cause Analysis and processing of quality incidents using structured methods
- Derivation, implementation, and follow-up of corrective actions for sustainable problem-solving
- Conducting process analyses with a focus on sustainable quality improvement
- Application of LEAN principles for the continuous optimization of workflows
- Ensuring the sustainable effectiveness of all implemented measures
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Initial experience in project management or project work is desirable
- Solid knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement processes (CIP) is mandatory
- Professional experience in industrial production, for example in the automotive industry, is advantageous
- Good IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Good written and spoken English skills (at least B2)
- Analytical mindset, structured and independent way of working, as well as teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
