Tasks

  • Perform quality inspections according to defined standards for final checks, conformity, FAI, rework, critical activities, and documentation
  • Conduct technical acceptance inspections of electrical and mechanical installations, cabling, and component assemblies
  • Carry out root cause analyses of quality or technical incidents in production impacting cost of quality
  • Ensure production continuity by promptly resolving quality issues
  • Prevent foreign object damage through proactive quality measures
  • Support and coach QLS Level 1/2 staff in their daily tasks and perform operational surveillance to maintain delegation status

Qualifications

  • Completed technical or industrial vocational training with further qualification as Technician or Business Administrator
  • Several years of professional experience in production, mechanical assembly, and quality assurance (at least 3 years)
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace
  • Fluent German skills (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
  • Part 66 module training or CS CAT-B1 license is desirable
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
  • Resume in English required
