Tasks
- Ensuring product quality through technical inspections during aircraft production
- Release of components for the production process including construction deviation management
- Processing of non-conformities, including deadline tracking, closure and fault rectification
- Technical instructions and supervision of authorised inspection personnel in quality assurance
- Training and induction of new authorised inspectors and acceptance of work samples
- Analysing and visualising quality problems with Practical Problem Solving (PPS)
- Carrying out trouble shooting for quick and sustainable troubleshooting
- Close cooperation with production and engineering to ensure quality standards
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or comparable technical training with many years of professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of aerospace and quality assurance
- Good knowledge of lean management
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP required and knowledge of Google Workspace desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1 level) and advanced English language skills (at least B2 level)
- Valid unrestricted work permit for the European Union is required
