Tasks
- Performing detailed physical and documentary checks of aviation materials (incoming/outgoing)
- Issuing Authorized Release Certificates (EASA Form 1) in accordance with Part 21G
- Checking incoming shipments from freight forwarders: comparing the scope of delivery, identity, and expectations for the product
- Identifying and documenting non-conformities and following up on clarification with the relevant stakeholders
- Acting as the “final quality gate”: ensuring that every spare part meets aviation safety and quality standards
- Coordinating with logistics, quality, and operational departments to stabilize processes
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training, at least technician or specialist
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, quality management, and quality assurance
- Sound practical experience in quality control of incoming and outgoing goods is a great advantage
- Aviation experience (at least 6 months) is an advantage
- SAP knowledge (at least detailed functions) required; Google Workspace an advantage
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
