Tasks

  • Performing detailed physical and documentary checks of aviation materials (incoming/outgoing)
  • Issuing Authorized Release Certificates (EASA Form 1) in accordance with Part 21G
  • Checking incoming shipments from freight forwarders: comparing the scope of delivery, identity, and expectations for the product
  • Identifying and documenting non-conformities and following up on clarification with the relevant stakeholders
  • Acting as the “final quality gate”: ensuring that every spare part meets aviation safety and quality standards
  • Coordinating with logistics, quality, and operational departments to stabilize processes

Qualifications

  • Completed technical vocational training, at least technician or specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics, quality management, and quality assurance
  • Sound practical experience in quality control of incoming and outgoing goods is a great advantage
  • Aviation experience (at least 6 months) is an advantage
  • SAP knowledge (at least detailed functions) required; Google Workspace an advantage
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
