Responsibilities
- Quality inspection of product configuration, conformity, and airworthiness according to QCC standards
- Document creation of helicopter and MCA delivery documents as well as airworthiness certificates (e.g., EASA forms)
- Analysis and implementation of airworthiness data and support in issuing flight permits
- Coordination with authorities on quality issues related to HC release
- Customer handover of the final product at customer centers or on-site with the customer
- Error documentation by creating Non-Conformity Reports for deviations
- Inspection activities as part of the initial flight, performing and documenting them
- Re-assembly of helicopters domestically and internationally
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic with further training as a technician or certified business manager
- Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in aviation
- Several years of practical experience in the assembly or maintenance of aircraft
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Completed B2 license; module training according to EASA Part-66 is desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, solution-oriented work approach, and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
