At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on central responsibility as a Quality Inspector File Documentation for the complete and airworthy documentation of helicopter life cycles. You will work at the interface between production, design, and quality assurance, ensuring that every step in the life cycle of the H135 and H145 models is traceable without gaps.

Responsibilities
- Airworthiness Compliance: Ensuring and adhering to airworthiness requirements within the scope of certifications, considering Service Bulletins (SB), Alert Service Bulletins (ASB), and Airworthiness Directives (AD)
- Life Cycle Documentation: Creating and maintaining helicopter life cycle records through complete documentation of all relevant life cycle parts
- Logbook Management: Professional management of log cards and systematic recording of all performed maintenance work
- Rework Support: Supporting production and design in clarifying and reviewing necessary rework documentation
- Delivery Documentation: Creating complete delivery documentation for the H135 and H145 helicopter models
- Handover Process: Supporting helicopter handovers to customers
- Customer Inspections: Conducting Customer Eyes Visits for quality control and documentation review
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Aviation Systems (Aircraft Electronics Technician) with master craftsman's certificate OR as an Aircraft Mechanic specializing in Production Technology with master craftsman's certificate OR commercial training with extensive professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in production/manufacturing
- Several years of experience in quality management
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Knowledge in managing life cycle records and creating aircraft accompanying documentation is desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, solution-oriented and meticulous working style, assertiveness, independence, flexibility, and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
