Responsibilities


  • Quality inspections according to defined standards for final inspection, conformity, stop points, FAI, and functional tests
  • Root cause analysis for quality and technical incidents in the workshop area and assessment of their impact on quality costs
  • Corrective actions coordinated through multifunctional teams and ensuring their implementation by responsible departments
  • Production flow supported by rapid resolution of quality problems and prevention of foreign object damage
  • Operational surveillance for assigned tasks to monitor personnel, products, and processes
  • Coaching production staff with L1/L2 delegation for quality assurance


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational or technical training, at least to the level of technician or technical business administrator
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Several years of experience in quality management
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Part 66 module training or a CS CAT-B1 license are desirable
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
