Responsibilities
- Non-destructive testing (NDT) Level 2 (PT/MT) on metallic components
- Equipment operation for magnetic particle and penetrant testing
- Test documentation definition, creation, and management
- Quality assurance measures planning and implementation
- SAP for recording performance data and order confirmations
- Problem analysis support for internal and external quality deviations
- Quality reports and manufacturing deviations creation and processing
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic or Plastics and Rubber Processing Mechanic, ideally with a master craftsman qualification
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, preferably in plastics and rubber technology
- Certification in non-destructive testing (NDT) according to DIN ISO 9712 and EN 4179 (aerospace) Level 1 & 2 is advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Teamwork skills, high quality awareness, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
