Responsibilities
- Quality inspections according to defined standards for final inspection, conformity, stop points, FAI, and functional tests
- Root cause analysis for quality and technical incidents in the workshop area and assessment of their impact on quality costs
- Action management: Ensuring the implementation of containment, corrective, and preventive actions by responsible departments
- Production flow: Supporting production flow by quickly addressing quality issues and preventing foreign object damage
- Operational surveillance for employees, products, and processes in assigned tasks
- Supervision and coaching of production staff with L1/L2 delegation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational or technical training, at least as a certified technician or business administrator
- Several years of professional experience in quality management
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Part 66 module training or CS CAT-B1 license is desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, solution-oriented and meticulous work approach, assertiveness, independence, flexibility, and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
