Tasks

  • Perform quality inspections and acceptance checks on civil MCA components
  • Conduct first article inspections on assemblies produced in-house
  • Document non-conformities (NCs) and initiate as well as follow up on corrective actions
  • Prepare delivery documentation and ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and support assignments in the Final Assembly Lines
  • Supervise production staff with L1/L2 delegation
  • Manage and monitor quality gates prior to customer delivery to ensure full conformity
  • Perform troubleshooting on systems and equipment to maintain airworthiness

Qualifications

  • Completed technical training with further qualification as master craftsman or equivalent
  • Extensive professional experience in manufacturing / production, mechanics, and mechatronics
  • Several years of experience in quality assurance
  • Proven experience in the aerospace industry and in quality assurance essential
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • German fluent (min. C1), English proficient (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
