At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on the role of Quality Inspector Manufacturing Processes, responsible for technical quality assurance in the manufacturing plant for wide-body aircraft. You ensure product quality through inspections during production and manage the non-conformance process.

Responsibilities
- Quality assurance through technical inspections during aircraft manufacturing
- Non-conformance management and release of components for further production processes
- Non-Conformity Management: Creation, tracking, and closure of deviations and defect reports
- Troubleshooting for problem resolution and analysis
- Technical guidance for production staff and supervision of authorized inspection personnel
- Training of new authorized inspectors and definition/acceptance of work samples
- Practical Problem Solving (PPS) for analyzing and solving quality problems, including visualization
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a technical profession, at least at master craftsman level
- Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction, as a helicopter mechanic, or in the aerospace industry
- Several years of experience in quality assurance and mechanics
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
- High sense of responsibility, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
