Responsibilities


  • Material testing for aviation components made of organic and metallic materials – prepare, carry out, and document
  • Operation of equipment and analysis devices, including evaluation and assessment of measurement results
  • Quality and safety standards independently maintained; implementation of norms, regulations, and production orders
  • Airworthiness compliance consistently ensured
  • Delivery conformity guaranteed within the specified quality framework
  • Inspection processes monitored and optimized through continuous improvement processes (CIP)
  • Technical exchange and close collaboration with various specialist departments


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a Materials Tester (m/f/x) or Process Mechanic (m/f/x) for Plastics and Rubber
  • Master Craftsman or Technician qualification or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Many years of experience in the aerospace industry and in quality management
  • Sound knowledge of material testing
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Independent and structured way of working, teamwork skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
