Tasks

  • Performing process confirmations and PVS checks to ensure production quality
  • Initiating and monitoring corrective measures and creating PVS reports
  • Supporting and training personnel authorized to perform inspections in quality guidelines and processes
  • Optimizing and monitoring processes in series production using checklists and regulations
  • Participating in small and sub-projects for quality improvement
  • Creating and maintaining quality assurance documents
  • Conducting quality training and internal communication with relevant interfaces

Qualifications

  • Completed degree or vocational training with additional qualification as a state-certified technician / specialist in aerospace, mechanical engineering, measurement technology, or a comparable technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing / production, aircraft construction and mechanics in aviation
  • Several years of experience in measurement technology, quality management and quality assurance
  • Good knowledge of continuous improvement processes and total quality management (problem-solving methods)
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 and Google Workspace
  • Experience with DEMAT (Department Management Tool) is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
