We are looking for you as a Quality Manager Conformance for our customer Airbus Operations GmbH at their Bremen location. Tasks
- Managing quality projects to further develop and stabilize quality standards at the Bremen site
- Establishing and securing new processes, including tracking their implementation within the organization
- Active stakeholder management from production to department management
- Analyzing technical specifications and deriving implementable measures for the shop floor
- Ensuring process compliance through clear structures, responsibilities, and transparent communication
- Working at interfaces with production, manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, and central functions
Qualifications
- Completed further training as a technician/specialist in aircraft construction, engineering, mechanical engineering, business informatics, or comparable
- Initial professional experience in the areas of manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering, project management, quality assurance, IT/information systems, and in an industrial environment
- Basic knowledge of process management
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
