Responsibilities
- Quality documentation creation and management, including internal and delivery documentation
- Inspections and tests on aviation components in the door assembly area
- Non-conformance management in the Non Conformity Management (NCM) tool, including creating discrepancy reports
- Preventive and corrective actions initiation, monitoring, and ensuring their effectiveness
- Incoming goods inspection and evaluation of the conformity of incoming parts
- Customer tools such as the Evidence of Approved Design Data (EoADD) tool from Airbus Commercial
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a mechanic or in a metalworking trade, ideally with a master craftsman qualification or comparable further training
- Several years of experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in aircraft construction or at a supplier
- Several years of experience in quality management and quality assurance
- Knowledge of common IT tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and G Suites
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to work in shifts and for occasional business trips to branch plants and external sites
- Strong solution orientation, teamwork skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
