Tasks

  • Support in resolving complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by defining measurement standards to increase process performance, product compliance, process reliability and repeatability across the entire product lifecycle
  • Support quality focal points in new development projects by contributing to APQP rollouts, facilitating PFMEA and driving quality solutions/technologies together with relevant specialists
  • Coordinate and support quality stream meetings by aligning activities and ensuring effective cross-site and cross-functional collaboration between plants, departments and organizations
  • Manage processes in line with EN9100 by ensuring consistent guideline application and maintaining/continuously improving the process referential (competences, resources, documentation, networks, deployment areas)
  • Review and steer process changes by checking consistency, assessing impacts and proactively supporting process management teams to increase process maturity
  • Ensure effective process implementation by monitoring progress, adherence, key performance indicators, resources, process deliverables and surveillance plans
  • Conduct process maturity and risk analyses by preparing maturity assessments, tracking action plans, risks and opportunities, and integrating best practices and lessons learned
  • Apply structured root cause analysis and enable effective process execution using quality methods (PPS, 9S, Pareto, 5-Why, Ishikawa) and supporting communication, awareness, documentation and tool usage

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in aeronautical engineering, engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
  • Extensive professional experience in quality management; mandatory hands-on FMEA experience
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, aircraft/aerospace and process improvement
  • Good knowledge of risk management and total quality management / problem-solving methods
  • Advanced user knowledge of SAP and confident working skills with Google Workspace
  • Experience with Skywise is an advantage
  • Business fluent English (min. C1); German or French is a plus
  • English CV required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
