Tasks
- Implementation and further development of quality standards, including visual management
- Participation in quality assurance projects in close collaboration with engineering, production and aviation authorities
- Contributing to planning of new products and defining relevant work packages
- Applying Practical Problem Solving (PPS) methods
- Support and preparation of internal and external audits
- Creation and maintenance of quality-relevant procedures, regulations and instructions
- Documentation and planning of surveillance activities within the department
- Active contribution to the company’s quality management system
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace, mechatronics or a comparable technical qualification (e.g. technician)
- Practical experience in production or quality management
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with APQP, PPS, NCM, DEMAR & AQAP regulations is desirable
- Fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
