Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance for safety-critical embedded software developments in aviation and rail industries
- Quality Processes according to aviation standards (e.g., DO178, DO330) design, implement, and monitor
- Software Development ensure compliance with defined process requirements
- Internal Reviews conduct and create quality assurance documentation and records
- Internal Training deliver on software lifecycle processes and aviation standards
- Customer Reviews and Audits (e.g., AS9115) actively participate in and support
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering/electronics, engineering, and development
- Many years of experience in IT/information systems and quality management, as well as several years of experience in quality assurance and technical documentation
- In-depth knowledge of aviation standards (e.g., DO178, DO330) or comparable norms (e.g., ISO26262)
- Advanced application knowledge of Python and IBM Rational DOORS
- Proficient German (at least B2) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Strong affinity for structured documentation and verification processes, as well as teamwork and independent working style
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
