In this role, you will work directly with the Quality Management team to develop strategies, KPIs and processes that deliver lasting impact. Tasks

  • Establishment and management of performance, resource and budget control within the Quality department
  • Participation in planning and strategic meetings to organize departmental activities
  • Preparation and execution of performance review meetings (e.g. PDCA)
  • Definition and monitoring of quality-related objectives using the Hoshin Kanri and KPI Tree methodology
  • Creation and follow-up of the monthly performance cascade
  • Development of business cases for internal projects
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders across the Quality organization

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or Economics
  • Extensive professional experience in controlling, project management and process improvement
  • In-depth knowledge of Lean Management and project management as well as basic knowledge of KAIZEN
  • Ideally, experience with BI tools and presentation techniques
  • Very good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets
  • Business-fluent German and English language skills (at least C1)
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
