Responsibilities


  • Supply Chain and Quality Management in the after-sales area, with responsibility for managing on-time, on-quality, and on-cost performance
  • Supplier Risk Management: identifying issues and implementing mitigation actions as well as short-, medium-, and long-term improvement plans
  • After-Sales Ramp-up: assessing and working with suppliers to ensure a smooth production increase
  • Supplier Assessment during the tendering phase and contributing to selection decisions
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW): monitoring or supporting to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial production
  • Supplier Approval/Conformity: ensuring compliance with Airbus/EASA requirements through coordination with relevant stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree (at least Bachelor’s) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Supply Chain Quality
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, supplier management, quality management, quality assurance, and supply chain; after-sales experience is advantageous
  • Experience with Airbus or Airbus environment/suppliers is desirable
  • Proficient use of SAP/R3; knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Good project management skills
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); Spanish is a strong plus
  • Structured, independent, and results-oriented approach as well as good analytical skills
  • Highly developed communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all management levels
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
