Tasks

• Development of requirement profiles and job advertisements in collaboration with managers
• Selection of suitable sourcing strategies and recruiting channels – from traditional job boards to social media
• Independent applicant management, including telephone and face-to-face interviews
• Support in candidate selection and potential assessment in close coordination with the specialist departments
• Participation in recruitment projects at national and international level
• Representation of the company at recruitment events and career fairs

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, psychology, or social sciences
• OR completed training as a human resources specialist with many years of experience
• Many years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR business partner or in operational recruiting
• Extensive experience in recruiting, ideally in a corporate environment
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
