Tasks
- Development of requirement profiles and job advertisements in collaboration with managers
- Selection of suitable sourcing strategies and recruiting channels – from traditional job boards to social media
- Independent applicant management, including telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Support in candidate selection and potential assessment in close coordination with the specialist departments
- Participation in recruitment projects at national and international level
- Representation of the company at recruitment events and career fairs
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, psychology, or social sciences
- OR completed training as a human resources specialist with many years of experience
- Many years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR business partner or in operational recruiting
- Extensive experience in recruiting, ideally in a corporate environment
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
