Tasks

  • Supporting one or more global customers, including monitoring order processing in Sales & Order Management
  • Managing the entire order processing of standard series devices and new series launches
  • Preparing quotations, maintaining master data, and recording and checking customer orders (delivery and payment terms, material availability)
  • Demand planning for end devices based on customer orders and forecasts
  • Preparation of delivery notes and invoices, including delivery performance tracking
  • Collaboration on the optimization and further development of existing processes and system flows
  • Acting as an interface between customers and internal departments in the event of escalations and complaints

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification; alternatively, bachelor's degree, e.g., in industrial engineering, business administration, or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in order processing, customer service, or (international) sales
  • Ideally, experience in aviation (an advantage)
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP (especially SAP Material Management/Sales and Distribution); SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
