Responsibilities
- Coordination and quality control of security services at the site
- Security concepts co-develop and steer their operational implementation
- Risk analysis and planning of measures for risk minimization
- Security processes ensure, document, and continuously improve
- Technical security systems such as access control, surveillance, and alarm systems maintain and optimize
- Site development actively support the evolution of the security architecture in Nordenham and Varel
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a completed master craftsman qualification in the field of protection and security
- Several years of professional experience in operational security management
- Good knowledge of risk management and in-depth knowledge of KPI management
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS-Office and Windows; knowledge of IT-based access control and video management systems
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel on business within Europe
- Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication skills, and an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
