Tasks

  • Independent management of operational and budget planning as well as reporting for the Nordenham site
  • Further development of an integrated controlling process to improve performance
  • Maintenance and optimization of financial systems (including SAP) to increase data quality and transparency
  • Evaluation of investment measures and projects in terms of economic efficiency
  • Advising and supporting operational management in business management issues
  • Shared responsibility for strategic projects (e.g., ramp-ups, sustainability, CO₂ reduction)
  • Technical coordination of controlling activities at the plant
  • Support with the annual financial statements and preparation of documents for the audit
  • Training of employees in business management topics and methods

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling and initial experience in aerospace, production planning and control and project management
  • Initial management experience desirable
  • Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Office, MS Excel, Access, SAP R/3 and confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
