Tasks
- Overall responsibility for project management, including control of scope, delivery dates, and priorities
- Acting as an interface with the customer, including coordination, escalation, and expectation management
- Conducting change negotiations with the customer and evaluating the impact on deadlines and costs
- Comprehensive scheduling, including action tracking and consistent follow-up on to-dos
- Transparent cost tracking and derivation of measures in case of deviations
- Implementation of customer order management throughout the entire order lifecycle
- Creation of reports (internal/external) as a basis for decision-making for stakeholders
- Operational management of the project team (technical, not disciplinary) and ensuring a clear flow of information
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, economics, or comparable qualification
- Many years of professional experience in project leadership, project management, and change management
- Good knowledge of process management, risk management, and total quality management (problem-solving methods)
- In-depth application knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP
- Business fluent in English (at least C1); advanced German (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
