For our client Diehl Aviation Laupheim GmbH, we are looking for a Service Technician / System Tester On Site Support at the Hamburg location. In the final assembly of modern aircraft cabins, you will independently carry out modifications, rework, and system testing – ensuring flawless functionality and quality.

Responsibilities
- Modifications and rework on mechanical and electronic components, oxygen systems, and water and climate systems
- Surface treatment such as applying films, laying floor coverings, and laminating and painting work according to manufacturing orders and drawings
- System testing and independent completion of all necessary tasks in compliance with internal regulations
- Documentation of all activities carried out in a complete and traceable manner
- Interface coordination with internal and external partners to ensure smooth workflow
- Quality assurance through precise work according to technical documents and applicable standards
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a boat builder, precision mechanic, aircraft builder, carpenter, mechanic, mechatronics technician, process technician for plastics and rubber, carpenter, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in precision mechanics, mechanics, mechatronics, or aerospace
- Experience in processing and assembling components, ideally with knowledge of Diehl Aviation components
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) and possibly on-call duty on weekends
- Teamwork skills, communication skills, and independent, structured way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
