We are seeking a Production / Maintenance Technician for Lufthansa Technik AG at the Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel site to perform the professional and timely cleaning of engine components. Responsibilities


  • Professional and timely cleaning of engine components, particularly on the Fan Major Module
  • Cleaning and, if necessary, preservation of components and individual parts in accordance with specifications, work instructions, and standards
  • Documentation of the work performed (e.g., work records, accompanying documents, system entries)
  • Ensuring order, cleanliness, and standards in the workplace, as well as careful handling of equipment
  • Assumption of special tasks as needed within the unit


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade (mandatory)
  • Several years of professional experience in a metalworking environment or in industrial manufacturing is desirable
  • Knowledge of the cleaning and preservation of components/individual parts is desirable
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes for aviation components is desirable
  • Good computer skills
  • Advanced German and English language skills (minimum B2 level in each)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
