Responsibilities
- End-to-end test strategies for complex software solutions by developing, designing, and maintaining them
- Deep technical root cause analysis and performance improvement
- High-quality test development (unit tests, E2E tests) following best practices
- Quality performance metrics such as Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) and web app performance monitoring
- Development team training and guidance on implementing quality best practices
- Process and technology understanding for line balancing solutions
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Data Science (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems and process improvement
- Experience in writing unit, component, API, and end-to-end tests (e.g., with Cypress, Playwright, Bruno, Vitest)
- Good knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS/CSS as well as Behaviour-Driven-Design frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
- Business fluent English (at least C1); French or German is a plus
- Knowledge of CI/CD integration (preferably Jenkins), container-based applications (Docker), and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Kibana/Opensearch)
- Teamwork, communication skills, and an independent way of working
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
