At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Bremen, you will take on the role of Spare Parts Management Coordinator with central responsibility for spare parts supply. You ensure that production plants and machinery are reliably available through the timely provision of parts and materials. As the interface between maintenance, procurement, logistics, and external suppliers, you contribute significantly to process efficiency.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 58,518 €. The position is initially a fixed-term position through the end of 2027. Responsibilities
- Dispatching of spare parts and consumables in a timely and demand-oriented manner
- Process Responsibility from demand planning through ordering to delivery date monitoring
- Interface Management as the central link between internal specialist departments and external suppliers
- Inventory Optimization of minimum stock levels to balance cost efficiency and supply security
- Data Quality and master data maintenance in the ERP system
- Escalation Management efficiently organizing responses to impending machine downtimes, including express shipments
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in dispatching, material procurement, and supplier management
- Experience in production planning and control
- Proficient use of SAP (in-depth application knowledge) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Independent, goal-oriented work style and structured action even under time pressure
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
