For our client, HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH in Ulm or Laichingen, we are currently looking for a Specialist Adhesive Technology & Precision Assembly in the Aerospace Sector. Tasks

  • Manual bonding of electromechanical components
  • Integration of components into glass fibre-reinforced plastic (GFRP) composite structures
  • Programming and operation of dispensing systems
  • Preparation of components at the workstation and inspection for completeness and accuracy
  • Operation of ovens and plasma systems for pre- and post-treatment of components and adhesive bonds
  • Reporting of work steps via the MES system

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a dental technician, watchmaker, optician, goldsmith or a comparable qualification requiring fine motor skills
  • Experience with 2-component epoxy adhesives is desirable
  • Further training as an adhesive bonding practitioner is an advantage
  • Basic user knowledge of SAP
  • Business fluent German language skills (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
