For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a Specialist Maintenance, Support & Services at the Immenstaad site. In the Services & Training division, you will manage the repair and maintenance of highly specialized systems such as the folding fixed bridge and OPTARION hardware – with a clear focus on processes, costs, and deadlines.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 57,550 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2026. Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process repair and spare parts orders for the folding fixed bridge and OPTARION hardware using specialized maintenance software
- Customer Interface: Act as the central point of contact for external and internal customers, coordinating process-compliant repair processing in the plant and at various sites
- Procurement and Calculation: Place orders with internal and external parties and prepare cost estimates
- Material Logistics: Procure materials from federal, customer, and company warehouses and manage delivery to the customer
- Documentation and Release: Create customer-specific test and acceptance certificates and obtain release, partly with the Bundeswehr quality inspection office
- Reporting: Provide regular internal reporting and inform product management of any disruptions in the process
- Tools and Control Center: Utilize company-internal and customer-specific repair management tools for efficient processing and work in the service control center
Qualifications
- Completed training as a certified technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering/electronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., certified business manager)
- Several years of professional experience in production, work preparation, repairs, and/or customer service
- Knowledge of military procurement and repair processes is advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (at least detailed specialist knowledge)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Good comprehension of complex matters as well as analytical thinking
- High level of teamwork, communication skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
