Tasks
- Development and implementation of a target group-specific employment marketing strategy for training and dual study programs
- Creation and management of digital campaigns, including content creation for social media and websites
- Organization and implementation of trade fair appearances – from school fairs to ILA or Gamescom
- Analysis and evaluationof marketing measures for continuous optimization
- Close cooperation with internal departments and global marketing colleagues
- Coordination of external service providers such as film and press agencies
- Consulting on advertising-related topics and the use of camera and film equipment
Qualifications
- Degree in communication sciences, psychology, business administration, economics, HR/media, or similar
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, human resources, communication management, and event management
- Experience in employment marketing, developing marketing strategies, and managing interfaces such as film agencies and press agencies
- Confident presence on social media and routine experience with camera and film equipment
- In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and other video and image editing programs
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. every two months, one week at a time)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
