Tasks

• Execution and support of tender processes (Call for Tender) for products and services with a national focus
• Negotiation, drafting and management of contracts across various procurement categories
• Coordination of multifunctional teams during all phases of the tender process
• Risk management and ensuring compliance with contract terms regarding cost, time and quality
• Contribution to cost optimization through standardization, consolidation and proactive demand management
• Support of Capex projects (e.g. machinery, equipment, consumables)
• Supply chain optimization in line with Airbus specifications and procurement guidelines
• Collaboration with national and transnational project teams within the PJL (Project Procurement Leader) procurement environment

Qualifications

• Completed degree in engineering, business administration or supply chain management/logistics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in procurement, supplier management and project management
• Initial knowledge of SAP and Click’n Buy (BySide); confident handling of Google Workspace tools
• Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills across all management levels
• Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working combined with strong team spirit in a multicultural environment
• CV in English required
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely mandatory
