Tasks
- Collaboration on procurement activities and active support in strategic purchasing
- Management of bids and contract negotiations to achieve the best possible purchasing conditions within the scope of company requirements
- Contract monitoring across all phases (innovation, development, series production, support) to ensure compliance with conditions and performance targets
- Ensuring supplier performance in areas such as logistics, quality, costs, and support throughout the contract lifecycle
- Managing daily supplier relationships and controlling ongoing projects to optimize customer benefits and reduce overall costs and risks
- Collaboration in multifunctional teams (MFT) / multidisciplinary teams (MDT) during tendering, awarding and throughout the entire contract period
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration, supply chain / logistics or economics (at least a bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, supplier management, supply chain and contract management
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of civil aviation (CA) documentation desirable
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
