Tasks
- Collaboration on procurement activities in the construction and project environment
- Management of bid submission and contract negotiations to achieve the best possible purchasing conditions
- Contract monitoring across innovation, development, series production, and support
- Ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and supplier performance (including logistics, support, quality, costs) throughout the entire life cycle
- Active supplier management in day-to-day business and ongoing projects – with a focus on customer benefits, lower overall costs, and reduced risk
- Collaboration in multifunctional teams/multi-disciplinary teams (MFT/MDT) in tendering, awarding contracts, and during the contract period
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least a bachelor's) in a technical field or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in construction, purchasing, and project management
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work, as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
