Responsibilities
- Coordinate external service providers for facility management services through commercial processing
- Operational planning of business plans (AOP) strategically prepare and steer
- Budget planning and financial processing of orders transparently manage
- Performance monitoring through analysis and presentation of KPIs for internal stakeholders
- Supplier management to ensure service quality and adherence to deadlines
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, International Management, or Supply Chain Quality (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in finance, commercial administration, and supplier management
- At least 2 years of experience in contract management; stakeholder management advantageous
- Proficient use of MS-Excel, SAP/R3, and Click´n Buy (BySide) at specialist level
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Risk Management, and budget planning
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and pronounced communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) mandatory
