Tasks

  • Optimization and further development of processes in supplier management
  • Initiation and coordination of measures in the event of complaints and quality reports
  • Participation in meetings with suppliers and production departments to ensure delivery targets are met
  • Preparation of reports, statistics, and well-founded statements as a basis for decision-making
  • Establishment and maintenance of performance monitoring for suppliers (KPIs, milestones, tracking)
  • Project collaboration in cross-departmental optimization projects related to supplier support

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, logistics specialist, industrial clerk, or freight forwarding clerk
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement and supply chain/logistics
  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement processes (CIP)
  • In-depth specialist knowledge of SAP R/3 and knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
