At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will work as a Supply Chain Coordinator – Materials Management to manage the logistical processes for highly complex weapon systems. You ensure the smooth supply of materials for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Customer Support Facility (CSF) – a central role for fleet readiness.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 27,457 € – for part-time (20 hours/week). This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2027. Responsibilities
- Interface management across the entire production supply process, including comprehensive checks of materials, serial numbers, and documents
- Material postings performed independently in various IT systems such as SAP, OPAL, EWM, and SASPF
- Logistical control and prioritization of material calls with high urgency
- Return management for materials from production, including processing and monitoring
- Security-critical materials such as VS/crypto materials and weapons of war handled professionally
- Problem solving for material-related discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Consumables supply including orders via e-catalogs and checking expiration dates
- Faulty equipment management coordinating defective or non-conforming components
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or comparable qualified further training (e.g., master craftsman, technician, business administrator)
- Many years of professional experience (over 4 years) in logistics; knowledge of material management is desirable
- Required knowledge of SAP-OPAL; knowledge of the MM, EWM, and SASPF modules is advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Office (detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work occasional shift work (early and late shifts) with generally flexible working hours and core hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Teamwork skills, good communication skills, and analytical thinking for solving complex logistical problems
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
