You coordinate requirements, orders, and deliveries in a 24/7 operation, ensuring customers are supplied with spare parts quickly and reliably. Responsibilities


  • Demand and order management for spare, missing, and production parts as well as hardware and equipment
  • Supply chain control through daily monitoring and close cooperation with suppliers and all interfaces
  • Customer communication with proactive notification on order progress and status
  • Forecasting and analysis by transmitting demand plans and forecast analyses
  • Deadline and quality assurance by processing all customer orders according to schedule and quality requirements
  • Recovery management by analysing delayed deliveries and creating countermeasure plans


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Economics (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement and supplier management
  • Experience in the aerospace industry and in Supply Chain / Logistics Management
  • Confident use of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in 3-shift operation (24/7) including weekend and holiday work as well as on-call duty
  • Strong communication skills, independent way of working and high stress resistance
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
